Working with a number of our key clients, Atlantic is responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of planned projects in the housing and building sectors.

Both of these sectors test the skills of Atlantic in terms of planning and delivery.  In housing, projects can be as wide ranging as replacement boiler, new bathrooms, kitchens and heating upgrades.  In the building sector there are different considerations and challenges facing the Atlantic team.  Many of the larger projects in this sector are carried out throughout the year & therefore time critical when working with fellow tradesmen to complete deadlines. We work with a number of clients during the year to plan their budgets and programmes of work closely to:

·         Minimise disruption to clients.

·         Ensure work is completed within budget.          

At Atlantic we work in partnership with our clients to pre-schedule programmes of work to ensure the most efficient use of time.  We schedule appointments with tenants/residents in the housing sector so that their choices can be catered for and offer a multi-disciplinary approach to make sure that as much of the work as possible is done in one visit.

All our operatives wear corporate uniform and all our vehicles carry our livery giving the reassurance that a professional is carrying out the job.  Our operatives are also trained in customer care and will demonstrate the upmost respect for the property they are dealing with.  In the government arena it is necessary for all our operatives to be CRB checked & carry identity cards for security.
