Construction Management – Atlantic Contracting takes the reins of a construction project and assures proper execution with detailed organization and clear communication. Our team does not work from behind a desk – we are out in the field to ensure superior results.
Design-Build – A design-build construction means the owner has a single point of contact for construction and design. Single-source accountability allows Atlantic Contracting to streamline the construction process, stay on schedule and reduce cost.
General Contracting – On every project, Atlantic Contracting has a top-notch team that knows how to manage projects and stay on schedule. We provide subcontractor administration, cost control, quality assurance, safety program administration and other resources necessary to the success of the build.
Green Building/LEED™ –To ensure a new construction is LEED™ certified, we take the build through a comprehensive program that begins during preconstruction and ends with project certification. Ask us about the various stages of the process: LEED™ Building Information Model (BIM), LEED™ Action Plan, Construction Waste Management (CWM) and close-out plans.
