Dave Sieglinger, the owner of Atlantic Contracting Associates, Inc., has completed training in Project Management and Control through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and AERTC Stony Brook University. He recently added USGBC LEED G.A. accreditation to his resume and is a member of the PMI and USGBC Green Homes Committee.
Mr. Sieglinger served as co-project manager of the Hauppauge Industrial Park Project Energy Study, which was conceived to measure and remediate the carbon footprint of the area. The Hauppauge Industrial Park is the largest on Long Island and the second largest in the nation, serving as the home for over 1,300 companies and employing more than 55,000 Long Islanders. He also provided support and coordination for the 2009 Advanced Energy Conference – New York’s largest and most prestigious energy conference that hosts more than one thousand top energy leaders.
Mr. Sieglinger’s energy efficiency white paper submittal to NYSERDA, through the Small Business Development Center located at Stony Brook University, was recognized as a top ten submittal and is now supported through the NYSERDA program.
