260 Waverly Owners Inc. chose Dave from Atlantic Contracting Associated to upgrade our 72 unit co-op community and bring it decades forward.
Dave helped us choose modern doors, lighting, carpets, paint, mailboxes, new decks and railings, and more. Atlantic’s team replaced the concrete sidewalks throughout the community as well.
As with any project, Atlantic ran into obstacles when uncovering different areas. He provided ongoing updates with clear communication and was completely reasonable with all of the required repairs. The best part is that we stayed very close to our budget.
Our community looks beautiful. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the time it took to complete the project.

Island Inspired Cuisine & Rum Bar
We hired Atlantic Contracting Associates to convert a 1-1/2 story building into a 3-story restaurant with a roof top bar. After getting a couple quotes from several contractors, all of whom said couldn’t be built for our budget, I met Dave Sieglinger who said it could be done. He was able to value engineer the project and accomplish the goals of the architect/designer while staying within our budget.
If that wasn’t enough, half way through the project, we were thrown a wrench in the plans when a neighbor attempted to get a restraining order to stop construction. Dave not only adapted to the adversity but he also assisted us throughout the court process. To make a long story short, we were forced to make alterations to the plans mid construction and add a basement into the building after the building was already erect. I was told by many that it was not possible to do but Dave was able to get it done and get the project back on schedule.
Dave was very organized with his paper work, plans and schedule and was a pleasure to work with. We would certainly be using Atlantic Contracting Associates for any of our construction needs in the future. If you want to finish under budget, on time and want quality craftsmanship, I would highly recommend Atlantic Contracting Associates for your construction needs. He’s one of the best!

Dave Sieglinger was employed by The Holiday Organization from February 23, 2004 until March of this year. He was hired as the original Project Manager for our Company’s project The Hamlet Estates at St. James.
Dave did an outstanding job for our Company. He was involved starting with the original bidding process, all site work and the completion of the first 52 homes. I personally worked with Dave during the last year and a half on a day to day basis. Given the work Dave did for the Company, I would not hesitate to offer him another position as Project Manager!

I have had the opportunity to work with Atlantic Contracting on two different projects in my home. First we used Atlantic Contracting in 2013 to work as the General Contractor for the expansion of our second floor. We worked directly with Dave Sieglinger of Atlantic Contracting and everything was done on time and exactly as we wanted and within our budget. In January of 2016 we again worked with Atlantic Contracting for the demolition and rebuilding of a room off the side of our house. Once again we were very pleased with the results. The room came out perfectly and was completed in the amount of time quoted and at the price quoted.
Without hesitation I recommend the skills and competency of Atlantic Contracting, they are professional and accommodating.

In 2016, I hired Atlantic Contracting to work on my home. They performed energy and weatherization improvements. This past winter, I found the house to be very comfortable and my energy bills have improved significantly! I would gladly recommend Atlantic Contracting. they did a great job!
